Harmonicas for Health (H4H)- Music for your Lungs The QuitDoc Foundation is offering the Harmonicas for Health program (H4H), in partnership with the COPD Foundation, for residents of Broward County, Florida, who are suffering from COPD breathing difficulties. The COPD Foundations H4H program, created by respiratory therapists, utilizes playing the harmonica to teach participants how to mimic pursed-lip breathing to help make breathing easier and lessen the stress of not being able to breathe well.
